How easy is it to cancel a package?
The package can be cancelled at any time at the end of the term. This means you only pay for the package you use and are not tied into long-term contracts. Your payments end automatically at the end of the payment period in which the cancellation was made.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package at any time?
Yes, upgrades can be made at any time. The additional licenses are billed on a pro-rata basis to the term of the existing package. Downgrades can also be performed at any time and take effect at the end of the term of the existing package.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and payment by bank transfer. Your payment transactions are processed securely with STRIPE. You have the choice between monthly and annual payment. For annual payment, there is also the option of payment by invoice.
